About
Who is Charity Starrett?
Not a résumé. A through-line: the single idea that connects a career of executive operations, organizational consulting, and systems design.
The thread

If you looked only at the titles, you might see a collection of unrelated careers: executive operations, organizational consulting, entrepreneurship, writing, and a future legal practice. But underneath them is one continuous body of work.
I solve human and organizational problems. I’m drawn to the moment when a group of capable people, working hard, still can’t get where they’re trying to go, because the system around them is working against them. That’s the problem I’ve spent my career learning to see and to fix.
My mission is simple: design systems and processes that enable humans to thrive. Every business I’ve built and every role I’ve held is an expression of that same instinct: to bring order to complexity, to design structures that serve people, and to leave organizations stronger and more humane than I found them.
Over more than fifteen years of service, that’s meant recovering stalled receivables, building litigation pipelines worth hundreds of millions, steadying statewide logistics through record seasons, and mentoring a first franchise partner to launch. Different rooms, same work, with, along the way, zero client complaints and hundreds of recognitions from the people I’ve served.
The businesses are not my identity. They are expressions of it.
What I believe
A few principles that shape how I work.
Systems over symptoms
I look past the surface complaint to the structure underneath it. The lasting fix is almost always a change to the system, not the people inside it.
Clarity is kindness
Clear roles, clear processes, and clear decisions respect people's time and intelligence. Chaos is what's actually unkind.
Rigor with warmth
The best-run organizations are also the most humane. Discipline and care are not opposites. They reinforce each other.
Build it to last
I design organizations and systems to outlive the moment, so they keep working long after the engagement ends.
